Summer Seals Speech Camp

Each summer, if funding is available, Easter Seals provides Summer Seals Speech Camp for children who are diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder or who have a significant language delay. Easter Seals affiliates across the country have become the leading provider of services to children with autism.

During Speech Camp, children receive group therapy as well as individual therapy. The Camp is a great opportunity for those children being served by the Public School system to continue speech services during the summer months.

Speech Camp is open to 35-40 children who are ages 2-14.

Scholarship opportunities may be available.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Your child must have a diagnosis of language delay and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder 
• Be between the ages of 2 and 14 years
• A referral from your pediatrician and a current IEP or
• An evaluation that has been done within six months

A limited number of scholarships are available with qualifications and on a first come/first serve basis.  Please call the Speech Therapy Department for more information.
