GAME RULES:

  1. We prefer ticket holders be present to win to draw their number, but ticket holders may designate a representative to draw for them if they choose not to be present
  2. A designated time will be selected to draw a number to announce the winner if the cow is uncooperative (around 9:30 p.m.)
  3. Ticket holders will randomly draw their numbered square when they arrive at the event.
  4. Squares will be ordered numerically.  The cow will be placed in the area containing the squares at 6:30.
  5. The square in which the cow defecates first is the winning square.
  6. In the event the cow defecates in/on the boundaries of two or more squares, the square with the most will be the winner.  Should a subjective decision be necessary, Debbie Lynn, ECSA Executive Director and an ESCA Board member, will examine the cow patty and make the final decision and identify the winner.
  7. In the event the cow defecates in a square where a number was not assigned to a participant, the squares surrounding that number will be placed into a random drawing to determine a winner.
  8. All decisions made by Debbie Lynn and the Board member are final and not open for debate or interpretation.
  9. Spectators cannot feed the cow during the event.
  10. In the event of inclement weather or an uncooperative cow, tickets will be randomly drawn after a designated amount of time.
